Apply to an open position by sending us your CV and a cover letter (no more than 1 page each). In the cover letter please explain how your experience matches the job description.

First Round Interview: First round interviews last around 30 minutes. We want to understand your reasons for applying to trustilio and your chosen business area. We will ask you about specific areas of interest from your CV, your education, your career motivations and we will invite you to discuss how your experiences have shaped your skills.

Second Round Interview (if applicable): This stage will include a practical test to examine your skills on project management, logical reasoning, statistical analysis and programming. You will have to complete this test by yourself in a specific timeframe as part of the recruitment process. Then you will send it back to us to assess your answers.

Third Round Interview (if applicable):This next stage will test your general business acumen and potential consulting skills. You will not need to prepare anything in advance, we will provide all the materials and give you time to prepare on the day. The content of the interview varies by business area. However, most assessment days include: a competency-based interview, a case study and a group exercise.

Final Round Interview: In the final stage of the process, you will be interviewed by a partner from the service or sector you have applied to, in person or over the phone, for up to one hour. It is your chance to ask any remaining questions to further your understanding of the role and team, as we make a final assessment of your suitability for the role.
